Here at Ancora House School Maths is taught to all learners. Whatever the young person's past experience of maths our aim is to build their confidence and for them to make progress. We aim to make learning maths an enjoyable and rewarding experience, one that has a positive impact on their future. All of our learners have the opportunity to experience success and are able to take their maths exams here whilst in hospital, or back in their home school or college.

As a team  we work alongside the young person's home school or college to ensure that each individual feels connected with their peers and makes progress.

We are a team of enthusiastic maths specialists who provide individual, targeted support to all learners no matter what their level or experience.

In the words of a former A-level learner:

"Thank you for all your help with maths and for helping me to keep up with it. I appreciate that you believed I could do it when I didn't."
